Often couples have the same arguments over and over again, never fight to ignore the problems, have physical and emotional intimacy problems, lack of trust and effective communication. Increase your knowledge on what is underneath your conflict and gain insight into your relationship to resolve it. Improve your connection and satisfaction with each other by increasing your friendship and intimacy, as well as creating a shared meaning with one another to reduce conflict.


LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy

A method to help a person understand and accept what the person is thinking, feeling, and desiring as a natural part of who they are. Acceptance and integration are the keys to healing in order to feel more comfortable with who they are and what they truly desire, thereby evolving healthier, more hopeful, and more holistic human beings.
